Rebuilding a Site That Was “Fine”

(Until It Wasn’t)

Why a Rebrand Often Means Starting Over — And Why I’m the One Who Can Handle It

Rebrands always start with the same sentence: “We just need a few updates.” But once you dig in, you realize the truth — the site isn’t built for the new direction. The layouts don’t support the messaging. The forms don’t support the workflow. The navigation doesn’t support the user journey. And the theme fights you every step of the way.

This project was exactly that. The site wasn’t broken, but it wasn’t built for what they wanted next.

So I rebuilt it. Every page. Every layout. Every mobile breakpoint. Every form. Every structural decision.

I rebuilt the entire site around the rebrand, even though the foundation was only two years old. Because sometimes “fine” isn’t enough — especially when the business is shifting, the messaging is evolving, and the workflow needs to scale.

I didn’t just rebuild the visuals. I rebuilt the functionality: quick-contact paths, detailed qualification flows, Mailchimp automation, and a form system that actually matched their project calculator.

A rebrand isn’t about colors and logos. It’s about structure, clarity, and workflow. And that’s why I rebuild from the inside out.
